El agua y el vino van muy unidos. Esto ya lo sab\u00eda Jes\u00fas. Billy Wagner no sabe transformar el agua en vino, pero como sommelier sabe c\u00f3mo nadie, como se pueden combinar el agua y el vino, para mejorar la experiencia de beber. <em>\u201eComo sommelier no se puede adivinar que vino o que agua le gusta al cliente. El Sommelier:<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201eEl agua de Luna Llena es mi preferida entre las aguas.\u201c<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201e<em>Encantado<\/em>\u201c con el agua se qued\u00f3 este sommelier hace 26 a\u00f1os, cuando trabajaba para Monkey\u2019s Restaurant en D\u00fcsseldorf. En la carta se pod\u00edan encontrar Tau, Voss, San Pellegrino y muchas otras marcas. \u201eMi agua preferida es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pineo.cat\/es\/productos\/agua-luna-llena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la de Luna Llena de Pineo de Espa\u00f1a<\/a>. Pineo tiene este gusto fant\u00e1stico. Lo que hace esta agua tan especial es el envasado el d\u00eda de luna llena. El contenido de nitr\u00f3geno y de ox\u00edgeno cambia en esta fase lunar. Y esto le mejora el gusto. El sommelier no beb\u00eda agua corriente del grifo.<\/h2>\n<p>El agua corriente de D\u00fcsseldorf es muy dura. El agua corriente de D\u00fcsseldorf es buena, pero no como bebida o para cocinar. \u201eEl agua no es simplemente agua. No todas las aguas son iguales\u201c, dice Billy Wagner como sommelier. Billy Wagner fue escogido mejor sommelier dos a\u00f1os consecutivos (2011 y 2012). 2010 como Sommelier en Berlin. Y 2011\u00a0 gan\u00f3 el trofeo del vino. Un noche con un sommelier empieza noble, continua de forma m\u00e1s dura y acaba siendo muy sucia (juego de palabras con sus nombres). Sale en el listado Michelin- y en la gu\u00eda Gault Millau.<\/h2>\n<h2>El propietario, Sommelier y anfitri\u00f3n? Billy Wagner. El cocinero? Micha Sch\u00e4fer<\/h2>\n<p>Urban chic, trendy, relax con el servicio profesional. Un restaurante con Estrellas con muchos productos locales. No hay lima, chocolate, at\u00fan o curri en la carta. Estos ingredientes tienen el origen demasiado lejos. No hay Foie gras, langosta u otros ingredientes lujosos. No hay carta, si no un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n de 10 platos. Se contemplan al\u00e9rgenos y estilo de vida vegano. Nobelhart &amp; Schmutzig merece la Estrella Michelin, sin carta y sin mesas peque\u00f1as de dos comensales. El 2015 recibi\u00f3 la primera estrella, justo \u00a09 meses despu\u00e9s de abrir las puertas. Adem\u00e1s, este restaurante tiene 16\/20 puntos de Gault Millau. Se come en una gran barra alrededor de la cocina. Para grupos grandes hay una mesa ovalada con vistas a la cocina.
